We offer USPS Parcel Post, First-Class Mail and Priority Mail for your shipping needs and the costs are based solely on weight and size of product. We charge only what is necessary to ship your order to you in new condition and in a timely fashion.

Returns and Refunds

To return a purchase for exchange or refund, please notify us by email of the details and return the item within 7 days of receiving.

1. All returns must be in factory new condition like when it was received. Please do not remove any tags or open boxes as we will not be able to accept any of these returns for refunds.
2. Customers are responsible for return shipping on items that are not a result of our error. In other words, if you change your mind or would rather have something else, return shipping is the buyer's responsibility and no shipping charges will be refunded. Certain returned merchandise is also subject to a 10% re-stocking fee which will be deducted from your refund.
3. If a return is a result of a mistake on our end, such as receiving an incorrect item, we will take responsibility for all return shipping charges. Refunds will be applied back to the credit card used for purchase. Please include a note with the order number and details of the return.
4. If you receive a damaged item, keep the original packaging materials. Contact us within 24 hours for instructions.

Cancellation Policy


In most cases, each order will be processed within 24 hours of payment. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing an order if you wish to cancel. Orders which have not been shipped will be fully refunded.
